Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Opened personal care or hygiene products
  • Downloadable or digital products

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
